It was a beautiful day and it was nice to get out of the city. There are even some very tiny rolling hills around those parts. My favorite town was definitely Bellville. Worth a drive for anyone to see. It is the kind of country town that I would actually consider living in. Charming town square with cute antique shops and many Victorian style homes. And it really does feel "hilly"--something I really miss around this flat state. Ya'll should really check it out sometime!

A Small Town Texas Adventure
A couple of weeks ago we went on a day trip to some small towns outside of Houston. We checked out Hempstead, Waller, Bellville, and Sealy, TX. These were particularly special places because Ryan served part of his mission there. His area was about 40 square miles. Getting to hear about the families he taught and some experiences he had was really fun.
